Double order of hashbrowns:

• Scattered WELL (extra crispy)
• Smothered (with onions)
• Covered (with cheese)
• Chunked (with ham)
• Peppered (with jalapenos)

When the food arrives:

• Add salt & pepper to eggs & hashbrowns
• Add tabasco to hashbrowns
• Add a squirt of ketchup to hashbrowns(if sweetness is desired)

Basic Order

• Double order of hashbrowns (ordered in above style)
• Two eggs, sunny
• White toast
• Vanilla Coke
• Waffle for the table

Hungry Order

• Texas Cheesesteak plate, double order of hashbrowns (ordered same as above)
• Vanilla Coke
• Waffle for the table
